Our mail servers run a highly customized derivative of Postfix, the leading open source high throughput Mail Transfer Agent. Our servers run high-performance operating systems, and are distributed across (owned by Us) 2 secure hosting centers in the US and Romania, complete with redundant Internet connectivity, disaster aversion systems, and frequent backups.

Flexible Terms and Service Options

Your payment depends on the type of solution that you choose and on your term of enrollment. You can sign up for as little as one month at a time or for any longer period, and you can upgrade, change or cancel your service at any time. Besides, should it happen that, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will give you a full refund when you cancel within two weeks (14 calendar days) of signing up and before sending a total of 1,000 messages.

Our Basic Service starts at $300 for up to 100,000 e-mails per month. Most popular with our clients are our Dedicated, Professional and Premium Corporate Solutions. Dedicated Email Server

YourNextHost.com will reserve for you an email dispatch server that enjoys a clean spam record and an established reputation with major ISPs. It will receive a higher level of support than our shared servers. Assigned a unique IP address, your server will not be used by anyone else. Your relays will never be interrupted because of unrelated spam complaints. As long as your campaign messages remain CAN-SPAM compliant, relying on a dedicated server steers you clear of spam traps and therefore enhances the deliverability of your email. You will be able to use unlimited senders ("From:" addresses).

Reputation Guard

The reputation of your sending server is similar to your credit score. If it is blemished, the chances of your email reaching the recipient inboxes are poor. FBL (Feedback Loop) Setup. The Feedback Loop notifies you which of your messages were 'marked as spam' by which recipients. Based on this information, you can modify your email list and messages accordingly.

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail). This is an email authentication protocol that enables recipients and ISPs to validate your messages as originating with your company. Spammers often forge the return email address in the 'From:' header of their messages. DKIM, which uses public-key cryptography, allows the sender to verifiably sign legitimate emails, guaranteeing their authenticity and integrity. YourNextHost.com uses the DKIM authentication method by default.

DomainKeys. This email authentication system has been largely superseded by the DKIM standard. YourNextHost.com can implement this alternative standard at the customer's request.

SPF (Sender Policy Framework). This Internet standard combats email forgery by enabling domain owners to limit the pool of servers authorized to send messages with the given domain name in the 'From:' header. YourNextHost.com can help you design effective SPF settings for your organization.

Whitelisting. A whitelist is a list of trusted contacts whose email messages are authorized by a recipient or an ISP. Whitelisting guarantees that your messages will not be automatically blocked or placed in a spam folder. As the oldest and most trusted commercial sender on the Internet, YourNextHost.com enjoys a strong reputation and established relationships with major ISPs.

Greylist Resolution. In an effort to block spam, proxy email servers often temporarily reject messages from senders that they do not recognize. For such messages to be accepted, the originating server must retry. YourNextHost.com will retry sending your messages until they reach the recipient.

Blacklist Resolution. If you are blacklisted by an ISP, we will promptly contact the postmasters via e-mail or by telephone.
